Providing High-Quality Alternative Provision for Buckinghamshire Council
At Quick Thinkers Tuition, we are proud to be an approved supplier of alternative provision (AP) for Buckinghamshire Council. Our work focuses on delivering tailored educational support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), either under a Section 19 referral or as part of their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). We aim to provide a structured, nurturing environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth for students who are unable to access traditional school settings.

We work with children and young people who present with, or are diagnosed with:
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
-
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties
-
Sensory processing challenges
-
Social and behavioural difficulties
Who We Support
Our Students
We support students in a range of circumstances, including those who are:
-
Out of school due to medical needs
-
Facing voluntary or involuntary exclusions
-
On reduced timetables or part-time provision
-
In the process of transitioning between settings
Our Approach
Our tutors are experienced in working with neurodiverse students and those with complex emotional or behavioural needs. We take a trauma-informed, student-centred approach and prioritise relationship-building, consistency, and emotional safety.
We work closely with parents, schools, and local authorities to ensure joined-up provision that complements the student’s wider care and education plan.
